• Only wood- and forestry-related products/services will be considered.
• Artisans and exhibitors need to submit registration forms by June 30, 2013.
• Space will be allocated according to registration dates (first come, first served).
• The fair organizers reserve the right to proceed with the registration of artisans or exhibitors in order to maintain a fair level of diversity and space availability. All applicants will be notified of the status of their application within 10 business days from the application being received.
• Table fees are shown on the attached registration form. All payments must be made by July 10, 2013.
• Make cheques payable to SD&G Certified Forest Owners Inc.
• Each artisan or exhibitor will be entitled to a 6' x 2' table and 2 chairs.
• The fair organizers hope to provide roof or tent cover to all artisans and exhibitors. Such space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• The fair organizers will try to accommodate artisan or exhibitor preferences in terms of location, but no guarantee is made in this regard.
• All displays must be in place by 9:30 am on Saturday, August 24, 2013, with all vehicles moved to the parking area unless authorized by the organizers.
• Artisans and exhibitors commit to maintaining their display for the whole duration of the fair (10am to 5pm). Displays may be removed as of 5:00 pm on August 24, 2013, where vehicles can enter the fair grounds.
• The fair organizers (i.e. SD&G Certified Forest Owners, The Glengarry Pioneer Museum and Boises Est) will accept no liability for any loss or damage occurring to the artisans' or exhibitors' displays.
• By signing the Exhibitor Registration Form, participating artisans or exhibitors agree to all conditions described above.
